All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, sizing, or any reason other than a manufacturing defect or an order error on our part.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items - Full Refund or Replacement

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or send a free replacement-your choice.

Report window: Please email us within 7 days of delivery.

If a return is required, we'll provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds on:

Change-of-mind or sizing issues

Sale items or gift cards

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Custom/personalized products

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Perishables (food, flowers, plants

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, choose either a full refund or a free replacement as described above.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off (Legal Right)

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Once received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. This EU right applies notwithstanding the "All sales are final" policy above.)

Refund Timing (Defective/Incorrect items or EU cooling-off only)

Once we confirm eligibility and (if required) receive the return, refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
